CHINT Solar/Astronergy Australian branch signed an intention cooperation agreement with ReNu Energy to sell the two power station projects (single seat capacity 4.95MW AC) near Kadina and Bungama in south Australia.
Regarding the partnership, Craig Ricato, CEO of ReNu Energy said, "we are pleased to have the opportunity to acquire the two power plants of CHINT Solar/Astronergy and add 9MW of PV power plants to our portfolio. These programs provide us with an excellent opportunity to meet our 2019 business goals. CHINT Solar/Astronergy is a global leader in the PV industry and we are pleased to partner with them to develop quality renewable energy assets in Australia."
